No. We don't physically ship any product & course certificates. You can view,download or share link of your course certificate by going to your 'My Account/Profile>Courses>Go to the course page>Click on Certificates. Alternatively, you can also locate your course certificates in 'My Account/Profile>Certificates'

YES. Colleges/Institutions/Schools/Universities or Companies can write to us, if they wish to use any of our courses for their students or employees. Modalities of collaboration can be worked out mutually. You can use our Contact Form with the correct option from drop-down. You can expect to hear a response from us within 72 hours.

Changing account name is very easy.All you need to do is to login to our website with your username & password > Go to Profile (My Account) section > Settings > General section and make the necessary changes.Please make sure that you change the 'First Nam'e & 'Last Name' as you want in your course certificate. You should not change your nickname.Once you have made the changes, the certificates will reflect the amended name.

Changing password is very easy.All you need to do is to login to our website with your username & password > Go to Profile (My Account) section > Settings > Password section and make the necessary changes.You will receive an email notification informing the changes on your registered email. Alternatively, you can use Forgot Password feature to get an email link to rest your password from 'wordpress@excelalytics.in' domain

Courses are auto-enrolled once the payment has been made.However, please don't worry, if you have made a purchase but can't see the courses in your 'My Account' section. Just e-mail to us at 'hello@excelalytics.in' by quoting order# as subject reference and a soft copy of your payment receipt in attachment for us to rectify the error. It can take from 24-72 hours for us from the time we receive your request for the action to be completed.

The junk values (Negative dates / 'NaN' values) on the certificate are due to the course completion duration being less than the minimum allowable time frame for courses (Eg. for a 6-hour long course, the Course End Date should be beyond 72 hours of the Course Start Date). In case you have finished the course within 72 hours, please retake the course and complete the course as per above timeline (End Date and Start Date should be, atleast, 3 days apart). Then, you can unlock your certificate with correct date values.

Because, the aim is to have 100% answers correct by allowing the retake of quizzes. It is necessary to obtain 100% in each of the quizzes to complete the course certification. Note: 60% pass criteria only allows you to proceed with the course as you cannot proceed to lecturers till you complete previous lectures(by viewing and marking them as complete) and quizzes(By scoring atleast 60%). For certification you need 100% scores in quizzes.
